Returns & Exchanges
We hope that you will love every item you purchase, however we do understand that pieces don't always work out. We will gladly offer you an exchange or store credit.
Exchange or Store Credit
All regular priced items are eligible for store credit or exchange within 14 days of original purchase date. They may be shipped back, we do not pay return shipping or you can bring in to our physical store location.
If an item is received outside the 14 day window, no exchange or store credit will be offered.
All items returned for Store Credit or Exchange must include:
- Original receipt.
- Original tags attached and/or original packaging.
- Unstained, unscented, unwashed.
- No sign of wear or damage.
Please allow 7 days for returns to be processed.

You will be responsible for paying return shipping. Please note our original shipping costs will be deducted from you store credit or exchange. Our shipping costs are non-refundable.
Final Sale Item
All undergarments, earrings, hats and hair accessories are not eligible for store credit or exchange.
All gift cards are final sale and have no cash value and are redeemable for merchandise only.
All sale items are final sale, no exceptions.
Damaged or Defective Item(s)
We thoroughly check all items before they leave the store, however if you receive a defective or damaged item contact email@example.com within 2 days of receiving your item to be eligible for store credit, exchange or refund upon review and approval by the store owners. Should a replacement not be available we would gladly provide an exchange or store credit.
You will be responsible for shipping costs of return items. If you are opting for store credit or exchange, the cost of original shipping to you will be deducted from your store credit or exchange.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
